Even the front walk is level with the covered front porch, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Just inside, the foyer entrance has open sight lines in all directions. Natural light streams in unobstructed from the back of the house through the kitchen, while a formal living room opens to the right and the great room to the left. A finished wall provides extra privacy between the stairway and the formal living room, which would also make a fantastic home office. The great room sets the tone of architectural design upgrades such as a coffered ceiling with fan/light combo. A wide opening offers just enough separation between the great room and the dining area. Large double windows provide even more natural light from the front porch and the backyard. You can enjoy a romantic dinner thanks to the gas log fireplace. The fireplace anchors the open concept dining and kitchen that expands the entire length of the back of the house. There is another ceiling fan/light combo over the dining area and multiple recessed lights throughout. The kitchen has tons of storage thanks to TWO closet-style pantries. It’s perfect for entertaining direct access to the back patio and fenced in back yard. The half-bath is tucked away in a short hallway leading back toward the front of the house, providing a welcoming and spacious layout for you and your guests. The laundry room area is conveniently located upstairs with the bedrooms. The master bedroom is a true master suite with ensuite, walk-in closet, ceiling fan/light combo, and even more recessed lighting. The additional bedrooms have easy access to another full bathroom. Need more space? Keep going to the BONUS room over the garage. Quality upgrades include tilt-out windows, privacy fence, new heating unit and new Trane AC unit installed two years ago, and new roof in 2019. Overall, this is a great investment in one of the most sough-after locations in the region.
