This spacious home is move in ready, sits on over a half acre level lot, in the perfect location and even has lovely views of Glassy Mountain from the back patio! Come on up to the front door and let's relax a moment on the rocking chair front porch while we talk about your new home. A large foyer is just inside the door and showcases the new luxury vinyl plank flooring that graces much of the home. To your left you will find the first of three flexible living spaces. This space is huge and would be well suited as a possible fourth bedroom with sitting/office area (as the current owner is using it) or as it was originally designed to be, a dining room and formal living room or it could even be the little ones bedroom with combination play room (and you could always keep the doors closed so no one would see the toys or mess!). Down to the end of the foyer, there is a hall to your right which leads you to three very spacious bedrooms with bountiful natural light beaming in from the new windows. Let's not forget the hall bathroom which has beautiful retro style tiles, be sure to look at them up close, they are really pretty. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom with walk in shower. Back to the main living areas and we enter the next flexible space which is open to your kitchen. A fireplace adds the perfect ambiance to this space which could easily be a formal dining room, study or living room/den. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and all the stainless appliances will remain. The kitchen island allows for seating of 6 or more for intimate family dining. You won't mind rinsing the dishes for the dishwasher as you gaze out the window by the sink. Lastly let's look at the bonus room in the back of the home. This space is begging to be used as a billiard room, home office, playroom, home theater, home schooling space, workout room or literally anything at all, the possibilities are endless. Outside of this space is your large paved patio, so bring your grill and some folding chairs and you're ready to have your first of many gatherings with family and friends. The backyard is partially fenced for your four legged friends and still leaves you plenty of space for your home garden, storage shed/mancave/she-shed and swingset. Established muscadine vines are even here for your enjoyment. Storage is plentiful in the full attic and the outdoor attached shed off the back of the home. The neighbors are some of the greatest anyone could ask for, you'll find fast friends here. Ready to come see your new home? Well wait! There's more! This home is located a mere minutes to the thriving downtown Greer area, amazing restaurants and shopping, 15 minutes to GSP Airport or I-85, 20 minutes to downtown Greenville and just 30 minutes to downtown Spartanburg. Don't forget all the beautiful mountains and state parks within 30 minutes too! New appliances, including the washer and dryer, fresh paint, new floors and windows - all you need is to pack your bags! Right where you want to be and all of this for less than $100 per square foot. See you soon!

History
Greer was named for James Manning Greer, the owner of a 200-acre farm called Blakely Place. In the 1870s, Greer sold the land to the railroad and residential developers. By 1914, Greer had two railroad lines crossing through town, leading the way for the textile mills that would become essential to the city’s early development. Downtown Greer was the town’s center of business and entertainment into the 1960s, but became a ghost town in the late ‘60s as railroad commerce shifted to more major routes. In 1998, the organization Partnership for Tomorrow set out to reverse the decline of Greer Station, which is now a thriving downtown area for people to eat, shop and work.
